Clemson Opener to kick off BCU track team's seasonPublished by
2009-11-20 Bethune-Cookman University will be sending 14 men and 14 women to the Clemson Opener on Dec. 4th at Clemson, SC. It will be the first track meet for the Wildcats under their new coaching staff. The program is led by Head Coach Donald Cooper, who was hired at the end of September. Assistant Coaches Matthew Barreau and Tempest Vance were brought on at the end of October. Following the Clemson Opener, the Wildcats will compete next on Jan. 9th at the Army Invite in West Point, NY. Future meets include trips to several states, including New Mexico, Tennessee, Washington, Maryland, Virginia, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, and Oregon.
